You can hire from 14 categories including Maid, Cook, Driver, Babysitter, Nanny, Japa Maid, Caregiver, Housekeeper, Electrician, Security Guard, Office Boy, Telecaller, Sales Staff and more. Helpers can be searched by city, category, work type and experience level.

Absolutely. You can search for verified helpers in any of our 50+ cities regardless of where you currently are. Simply select the destination city in the search filters to browse available helpers there.

Yes. Documents like Aadhaar are used strictly for verification and stored securely with encryption. Your contact details are shared with a helper only when you actively choose to connect with them after unlocking contact. We never sell your data to third parties.

The process is simple: search by city and category → shortlist profiles you like → choose a hiring package to unlock contact details → interview the helpers → hire the one that fits. Our support team is available throughout if you need guidance at any step.

You can filter helpers by Part Time, 10 Hours, 12 Hours, Full Time, 24 Hours and Live-In arrangements. Helpers indicate their preferred work type on their profile, so you can match your requirement precisely.

Yes. If a hire doesn't work out within the support window of your plan, we help you find a suitable replacement at no extra cost. Replacement support is included in our Professional and Premium packages for employers.

Yes. Use our Post a Requirement form to describe exactly who you need — category, location, timing, salary and any specific preferences. Our team will match you with suitable verified helpers and reach out within 24 hours.

Yes — both arrangements are fully supported. Filter by "Part Time" for a few hours a day, or by "Live-In" for a helper who stays at the home. The work type filter in search lets you narrow down helpers who are available for exactly the arrangement you need.

Fill in our Helper Registration form with your personal details, work categories, experience and upload your Aadhaar and a clear photo. After submission, our team will review your documents and verify your profile — usually within 2–3 working days.

Registration itself is free. To start receiving job leads and appear in employer searches, helpers need to choose a subscription plan. Plans start at ₹199/month (Basic — 5 job leads/month) and go up to ₹1,999/month (Platinum — unlimited leads, featured profile, dedicated manager).

Once your profile is verified and your subscription is active, matching job opportunities are sent to you based on your category, location and preferred work type. Higher-tier subscribers receive more leads and get their profiles placed higher in employer search results.

You'll need a clear face photo (JPG or PNG, max 5 MB) and your Aadhaar card (front and back). Police verification is arranged by our team as part of the onboarding process for verified-plan helpers. All documents are used only for verification and stored securely.

Yes. During registration, you can select all the categories you work in — for example, Maid and Cook, or Driver and Caregiver. You'll receive job leads for any category you've selected and are verified for.

Every helper goes through a three-step process: (1) Aadhaar identity verification, (2) document review by our team, and (3) police verification. A verified badge appears on a profile only after all three steps are successfully completed. Profiles that haven't passed verification do not appear in employer search results.

Yes. Helpers on verified subscription plans undergo police verification as part of the onboarding process. The verification status is clearly displayed on each profile card so employers can see exactly what level of verification has been completed.

The green "Verified" badge on a helper profile means their identity (Aadhaar), documents and police record have all been checked and cleared by our Trust & Safety team. It's our guarantee that the person behind the profile is who they say they are.

Aadhaar and other identity documents are used solely for verification and are stored with industry-standard encryption. We never share this data with employers or third parties. Only our internal Trust & Safety team accesses documents, solely for verification purposes.

If you discover any misrepresentation, contact our support team immediately. We investigate all such reports, suspend the profile during review and take action up to permanent removal. Our replacement warranty also applies — we'll help you find a trustworthy alternative.

Employers choose from three packages: Starter (₹999 one-time — 10 profiles, 30 days), Professional (₹2,499 one-time — 50 profiles, 60 days, direct contact) and Premium (₹4,999 one-time — unlimited profiles, priority support, replacement assistance, dedicated hiring manager). Helper plans are monthly subscriptions: Basic (₹199/month — 5 job leads, verified badge), Silver (₹499/month — 20 leads, profile boost), Gold (₹999/month — unlimited leads, top placement) and Platinum (₹1,999/month — unlimited leads, featured profile, dedicated manager). All plans include the verified badge.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no platform fees, no commissions on salary, and no additional charges for using basic features. Any paid feature is clearly labelled with its cost before you commit.

If you experience a technical issue or believe you were incorrectly charged, contact our support team within 7 days and we'll investigate promptly. For subscription refunds, please refer to our full Refund Policy. Replacement warranty support is separate from financial refunds and is provided as described in each plan's terms.

We accept all major UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway with 256-bit encryption.
