Both employers and domestic helpers can book sessions. Pre-hiring consultations and post-hire mediation are primarily for employers. Helper career guidance is for domestic workers registered on the platform. Legal rights awareness sessions are open to everyone — employers, helpers and their families.
Yes — your first counselling session is completely free, regardless of whether you are on a paid plan. Pre-hiring consultation and post-hire mediation sessions are also included free with Premium employer packages. Helper career guidance requires an active helper subscription (Silver or above).
Session length varies by service: Pre-hiring consultations are 30 minutes. Post-hire mediation sessions are 45 minutes (and may require a follow-up). Helper career guidance is 30–40 minutes. Legal rights awareness group sessions run for 60 minutes. All sessions end with a written summary.
Yes, with the helper's consent. Employers can request a legal rights awareness or career guidance session on behalf of a helper they have hired. The session will still be conducted directly with the helper, though you can join an introductory call if both parties agree.
All sessions are available in Hindi and English. Legal rights awareness group sessions are also conducted in regional languages in select cities (Marathi in Pune and Mumbai, Kannada in Bangalore). Please mention your language preference in the booking form and we will match you to the right advisor.
Absolutely. All counselling sessions are strictly confidential. Notes and summaries are shared only with the session participant(s) — never with the other party or third parties unless you explicitly request it. Mediation sessions are jointly confidential between the employer and helper involved.
