MyHelperIndia was born in 2019 out of a frustration our founders knew all too well — the anxiety of hiring domestic help with no way to verify who you were really inviting into your home. Background checks were expensive, time-consuming, and rarely done. Trust was built on word of mouth alone.
Rahul Sharma and Priya Agarwal set out to fix this. They built a platform where every helper profile is Aadhaar-verified and police-checked before it ever goes live. Where employers can search, shortlist and hire with confidence — and where helpers can build a professional, verified identity that opens real opportunities.
