From a personal struggle to a multi-city platform
MyHelperIndia was born out of a frustration our founder knew all too well — hiring domestic help meant relying on word of mouth, informal referrals and a great deal of guesswork. Families struggled to find the right person, and capable helpers struggled to be found at all.
Kamal Sahdev set out to fix this. He built a platform where employers can search, shortlist and reach helpers directly — and where helpers can build a professional profile that puts them in front of genuine employers, at no cost to them.
Today, MyHelperIndia connects over 1.2 lakh helper profiles with 85,000+ families across 12+ cities. Our mission hasn't changed: make it simple, transparent and stress-free to find help you can count on.
